I was really impressed with this hotel. I paid about £220 for 7 nights and I was a bit skeptical of what I would get for this price! But I was so pleased. The room was big and clean. The ocean view was beautiful. Breakfast was great. I enjoyed spending time in the sunshine at the rooftop pool too. Everything you need is nearby - great bars, restaurants and groceries. Would recommend!

New hotel with very nice views! The pool is on the roof. Breakfast is very good, but go there early! The egg cook, is very slow. Order the egg early. Service was ok but not all the time was someone available who can speak English. All in all, very good hotel.

For sure it is not a 4 star hotel. Positive aspects: - friendly and helpful service - good location close to beach (nice view from the balcony) and restaurants/bars - not crowded at the time of our stay Negative aspects: - right after a calm an pretty cool journey we got “welcomed” by the extreme hot air inside at the reception, as well as in the room (it took like 1 day to bring the room to normal temperature), but I still don’t know how the receptionist can work in such a heat without AC - not high standard in the room (no desk), especially in the bathroom - dirty floor in the corridor with multiple stains - breakfast rather poor (tea and coffee already with sugar so unfortunately no option to drink without)

3 nights stay was great. Room was clean. Free breakfast was ok. Staff was nice. Only had one small issue but not anything huge. Roof pool was nice with lovely view. I would stay again.

We had a bit of trouble with the reservation for a room but the staff happily solved this out and they even offered us with better accommodation. Excellent services, not too busy plus a beautiful swimming pool for sunset view. We had fabulous time in Phu Quoc there!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
