This hostel was great! Bathrooms were expectional, rooms were very large, kitchen was relatively small but still nice. Martin was very welcoming and helpful, he pointed out all the places on the map for us and even suggested an itinerary for us based on how much time we had in Rome. The only kicker was that it wasn't 24 hour reception which was a little bit annoying. Overall great value for the price!

Great location, Marvin (host) was awesome. Comfy beds, hot water was out in one of the bathrooms for most of our trip. Great coffee downstairs and also across the street. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is there is a hospital just up the road and ambulances go by every 20 minutes with lights and sirens on. Small kitchen and no common area, very private if you get a full room.

Very basic room, which was fine as a base for one night but wouldn't recommend any longer. Host was okay but interaction involved asking us to pay the bill and nothing more, no 'welcome'. Bathroom was okay but not very clean. Window didnt shut properly so was cold at night. Location fine for getting into town but a 30min walk from main train station.

We couldn't agree on changing the date of my booking (due to a cancelled flight) as this hostel wanted to charge me two night to move it the day before! I therefore agree to keep it as it was, even if very inconvenient with my rescheduling. The next day I receive an email from them saying that basically they didn't like my attitude over the phone (!), and that I could leave a bad review, so they cancelled my night and took the WHOLE amount from my credit card!!! Way to do business...To be avoided like the plague, most dishonest hostel I have come across.

Excellent location, really clean and 2 beautiful bathrooms. The bad side is that the kitchen is too small and you don't have an area where you can hang out and chill. The rooms are quite big with lockers and air conditioning. The staff is really friendly

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
