Ok, I am not much of a review writer, but I have to take my time for this hotel. The hotel is well centralized located. The staff is exceptional, all of them, very knowledgeable, sensitive and kind, which is rare nowadays. The rooms are small but cozy, but everywhere we stayed in Turkey and that was at least three different hotels the rooms were small. The breakfast was good exceptional and delicious with a variety of choices. You can walk pretty much everywhere and there are plenty of choices to eat. All I can say is it a great hotel to stay.

Niles hotel may not have the fancy lobby, big chain brand name, glittering entrance. They are a small hotel with family history, passing this keen customer service from one generation to the other. Their rooms are small but it is totally understandable as it is in a prime location,about 150 meters to grand bazaar, and it is functional enoguh. Breakfast is magnificent with health consciousness. What makes it better than all the 5 stars hotel is their genuine care and services. They solved my logistics and medical issues during my stay, taking care of my stress of trying to solve all these problems Ina foreign country. The owner even made me a mint tea personally to try to help my sore throat. This personal touch will not be found in any hotel unless you are some famous people. And this work ethics has passed onto all the staff who work there

We stayed for over a week at this lovely hotel. Very clean with excellent and helpful staff. It is a perfect location for all the major attractions and close to many restaurants and the tram. We really enjoyed the breakfast that had a variety of fruits, vegetables, cookies, jams, cheese, bread, tea, coffee etc. Halil was always there to greet us and make sure we were taken care of. The view of the ocean on the terrace was beautiful and a wonderful place to start the day. The hotel pick up and drop off from the airport was very convenient and stress free. We are looking forward to visiting Istanbul again and staying at Niles Hotel.

Stayed here recently with a friend, it was outstanding. We were greeted with apple tea on arrival. The staff were super friendly and there was a nice rooftop bar with great drink options and a buffet breakfast. The rooms were clean and cosy and it was really nice and central to the sights of Istanbul. I would highly recommend

This hotel is wonderfully located & with exceptional staff. Ede was so accommodating for us with our random travel issues/questions. The terrace breakfast is beautiful, even on gloomy days. It's also walkable to a tram stop & the Grand Bazaar. The rooms are small, but if you want to be near Sultanahhmet attractions, you will love this place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
