Fantastic stay at this hotel in Hong Kong. Great front desk service, friendly and helpful concierge, clean and spacious room. We stayed here for about a week while we were here visiting relatives and had a very enjoyable stay with our 2 children (5 years old and 2 years old). Very convenient location to places to eat and things to see, also it is right across the street to the Tin Hau subway (MTR) Station which makes getting around the city a cinch. Highly recommend this hotel for a quiet enjoyable family stay.

Super convenient. Very close to Victoria park. Right in front of the tram & directly across the street from the MTR. Super close to Tai Hang a super cute little district with a lot of restaurants & great areas to just walk around by the temples there.

The hotel is conveniently located right in front of the tram, and directly across from the MTR exit. The stop for shuttle bus to airport is just 2 mins walk away. The hotel staff were very hospitable and we got to check into our room right at 2pm. Really nice hotel at a convenient location... reasonably priced. We can hear our neighbor as we got a room with a connecting door to the adjoining room. Otherwise I would assume it would have been quite well sound-proofed if not for the door...

Directly opposite Tin Hau MTR exit A and the Tin Hau bus interchange ( which the airport bus A11 goes to). Rooms are large for HK standards and lots of eateries across the crowd. Cafe de Coral and Starbucks are also on the same side of the street. Service is exceptional. I was expecting a document to be sent to hotel and emailed them to inform them. It arrived 2 days before I checked in. They emailed me to confirm receipt and passed it to me upon check in. Their concierge, Chris, also helped us to book a restaurant during his non-working hours. Highly recommend

Recommended Hotel in Causewaybay Area. Room is kinda old but quite large, clean, all staff are helpful. MTR, Bus Station and Tram across the hotel, many restaurant and convenience store in this area

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
