        This is a good hotel if you are on a budget but still wish for spacious rooms and a nice bathroom. I want to point out the service that is exceptionally kind. We unfortunately had some issues with smoking smells that required keeping the fan system of the bathroom running 24/7. Location-wise, it’s conveniently closer to Causeway Bay than you think, and there is a bus stop just next to the hotel’s exit. However, the area is very polluted because of how busy that main street is. For better air quality, the south of Wong Chuk Hang is preferable.

        I am staying at Nina Island South on a long term stay package. Love the hotel for the view, spacious room, cleanliness & quiet floor. Quite convenient. Hotel has the best experience for service. We had an issue with our room & Johnny & Roman of the Hotel Guest Services at separate times went over & beyond to assist with our accommodations. Commendations for their professionalism, promptness & attentiveness for our stay to be comfortable & most enjoyable. 6 star service. Thank you

        I wouldn’t say it’s a bad hotel according to hk standard. ( room quite spacious, windows and walls are anti sound too). Yet, Smell: There is bad small from the pipe in toilet. I think they should ask technician to come check regularly. Laundry: a staff said to me there Is laundry form in closet. I didn’t find any. She politely said sorry and immediately sent someone up to give me the form. They have helped the issue immediately. But it shows the staff could be not detail minded sometimes. Area: close to mtr, but there are many factories around, so be expected the air quality aren’t good ( walking from mtr to hotel) Service: staff called me to follow up the problems. Good service and professional.

        Excellent value hotel and the staff were all professional. The house keeping gentleman was really friendly. The restaurant has good choices and discounts for all the customers. A gym and swimming pool is a bonus. The MTR station is also nearby.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
