After a "bumpy" start, things got better. The hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. My room was very good and I ended up with a view, which was a pleasant surprise. I suggest researching limo/taxi prices before ordering pickup from the airport.

Stayed in this hotel for one week, and the food has been poor consistently throughout the week. The breakfast buffet has limited options, the executive lounge is even more disappointing since you pay more to enjoy the gym, afternoon tea and dinner. There’s no vegetarian options at the lounge, for vegetarian people you pay more to get neatly nothing except the room. The corner room I had is spacious, but has bad smells and the floor and furniture all look old. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We have booked a corner room with 40m2. The room we got was in the corner of the building. But it was a standard room with about 20m2. Glass wall between room and bathroom. No privacy in the bathroom. We left the room always 10:30 AM and came back about 6:00 PM. Room service not done in this time. But just wanna go for shower the cleaning staff came. So frustrating! Room is quite old and outdated. Outlook of the room to the office building opposite street side - zero. To come to MTR station a subway with many stairs has to be passed. No lift there. Not possible with luggage or little infants. Location of the hotel is in nowhere. Small pool on the 35th floor. But every guest has to register when use it with name, room number and signature.

This is our 2nd time here. Room is big, around 34m2. That's comparatively big in HK. The bed is so big and comfortable. It can easily to sleep a family with 4. It's also quite, but very convenient. MTR station 牛頭角 is 4 minutes walking distance. 7-11 and HK style Cafe or restaurants are just around the corner. Love this hotel,. If we visit HK again, we would love to stay Nina Hotel Kowloon East again.
