🏨 Nine Hotel Tbilisi - A Cozy Stay with a Few Considerations 🏨 I recently stayed at Nine Hotel in Tbilisi, and I must say it offers a cozy and convenient base for exploring the city. The location is great, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. 🛌 The rooms are well-kept, but I did notice that the bed mattress felt a bit old, which might be a consideration for those who prioritize a comfortable sleep. 🪟 The windows in my room worked fine, offering a view of the city, but it's worth noting that you might experience street noise, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. 🌡️ The heating system did its job effectively, ensuring a warm and comfortable stay, which is especially important during the colder months in Tbilisi. 🍽️ One thing to keep in mind is that there's no restaurant within the hotel, but there are plenty of dining options in the surrounding area, so you won't go hungry. In summary, Nine Hotel is a decent place to stay in Tbilisi. It's not without its quirks, but it provides a pleasant and affordable accommodation for your visit. Great location and connectivity to the centre and other parts of Tbilisi, but other than that it is more of a hostel with private rooms not a hotel. They weren't cleaning our room, staff were loud late in the evening. We paid for breakfast which wasn't available and they didn't tell us that. Common room for eating is not available, I mean you can get a lot of better places for the amount of money they charge in Tbilisi.

A terrible place to stay. Room windows open to indoor space. Front desk receptionists with bad attitude and smoking regular at lobby window. When asked for further info, “No English”. Never top up drinking fountain at lobby.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
