I really like the hotel, it feels new and modern. Location is good for me, you have two metro stations close by and KTX trains stop at Yongsan as well. Convenience store under the hotel and also a small café on first floor. I could hear a lot of KTX trains from my room, it could be a bit bothersome for some people. The bed was a bit hard for me, but everything else was good.

Nice new 4 star hotel right next to the Yongsan train station. Location is very convenient to Yongsan Station, Shinyongsan subway line and all main city bus routes. Also close walking distance to the hip 'Yongridan street' with trendy restaurants and vars next to the Amore Pacific building and also walking distance to Samgakji neighborhood.

NO POOL ACCESS FOR GUESTS - unless your an exec guest. Despite the pool being highly featured on booking sites and marketed as part of the facilities the hotel does not allow standard guests to use the pool. It's falsely advertised. Staff were courteous but slow, no bar, no evening food until July and the rooms are new and nice but small compared to similar properties. No bath. Not bad for a nights sleep but not what's advertised and not up to the price.

The location is good and during my stay I had a few good experiences but I do not think I will return again since my trust was lost and they didnt seem to understand. Staff here need to be better trained in guest management & resolution instead of parroting the same lines with little concern nor expressions. Perhaps they are satisfied with repeat business from army boys & staycationers who pay preferential rates. I overheard one army boy in the lift claiming he paid only 80,000krw/nite. Whether or not it is true, who knows? Sorry to say however, I wont be back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
