The room was pleasantly clean. Booked 2 rooms, both were in great condition and very clean. We had a relaxing stay, no issues. Breakfast had a lot of options. Food was good but not exceptional. Would definitely recommend to travelers with high standards. It’s located in a hotel only neighborhood so not a lot of walkable destinations nearby. Streets are bright, felt safe walking to nearby by restaurant.

We loved our stay at Legend Hotel. The staff is beyond accommodating— our flight got changed and we arrived in the middle of the night during low season. Nonetheless, they made sure someone was available so that we could check in. The room was beautiful and had an amazing view (we were in a room with balcony in the Indochina wing). What really made the experience was the staff though. They really go above and beyond.

Everything went very well, the hotel is very luxurious and clean. All facilities are available. The staff is friendly, especially the young Quang Anh who was very helpful and attentive during our stay. THANKS !

Service quality really bad. Security is really bad, I had forgotten my watch for a few minutes and when I came back the watch was gone. When I emailed and called them to ask for help me look for the watch they took very long to get back to me and when they did get back to me I felt as though there was barely any effort out into helping me. Loosing my watch is one thing but I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel they were very unhelpful and staff was rude. My hotel room is 709 and The hotel is is Ninh Binh City

I recently stayed at this hotel in Vietnam, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by an incident that left me deeply dissatisfied. Regrettably, an item of personal value went missing during my stay. Despite bringing the matter to the attention of the staff, the resolution was slow and lacked the necessary urgency. This incident overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay, and I'm left disappointed by the hotel's handling of the situation. Travellers, beware and exercise caution during your stay at this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
