This was my favorite stay in Vietnam. I cannot recommend this place enough! The service was exceptional, it's a family run business and the owners really care about you. They have free bikes to use, refill your water and when you arrive early with the night bus they wake up just to greet you. When we waited for our taxi to leave, they saw us sitting there and gave us a little snack - just because hospitality. They didn't charge us for it. The amenities - just wow. They have a pool out the back and this nice terrace and community garden. The whole place is lovely, very cute and exceptionally clean. We felt extremely comfortable and welcomed there!

We loved this place. Special mention to the customer service, everyone is very nice and polite. We came from another hotel where no one received us so we leave because we felt unsafe. We look this online and we went to see if they have available rooms, lucky for us they showed us one and we said yes immediately. Very comfortable bed with AC and walking in shower, (private toilet) smart tv and other facilities. Highly recommended. They also have bike and motorcycle to rent. We rent a motorbike for 100.000đ

Amazing food & location. Came here after a few days in Hanoi, and the relaxing atmosphere combined with the deck for eating left us completely chilled out. We didn't even stay here, but if you're looking for a place to eat, this is the place to go 😊 Lovely coffee as well !

This was the best stay we had in Vietnam so far. The lady that runs the place is truly kind and wants to provide you with the best service possible. I'm posting some photos of the food as there weren't that many in the reviews. The food is really tasty and she always offers a dessert at dinner! Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options for you to choose (e.g. pho, pancakes, toasts with eggs and bacon, yogurt and fruits, and more) We also rented a bike (120k) and asked her for laundry(40k/kg). The clothes came out smelling so so nice and we're so fluffy. Totally recommend this place!

We had a very nice stay. The host is very welcoming and kind. The food is good, and so is the room (clean, good temperature, tidy). The swimming pool is an amazing addition, especially on hot days :) Oh and of course the homestay is located in a beautiful setting! Bike is free btw

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
