We loved staying here! It was a perfect size for us, and had everything we needed. The rooms were very clean, and they had complimentary items like slippers, a robe, and toiletries. It was right next to a station too! We liked that it wasn't near a super touristy area like Shinjuku, and felt like the only tourists there. It was perfectly distanced from most things in the city. The staff was super nice-they refunded us for a night that we left early! We would definitely stay here again.

Worst experience ever—the room had a strong smell of cigarettes, as did the hallway and elevator. Air purifier looks super old and something weird inside when I tried to fill in the water. So not sure it's purified ;) The room was incredibly tiny, maybe 1.5 square meters for the toilet. It was nearly a 20-minute walk dragging luggage from Tokyo Station. Additionally, the staff couldn't speak English. Early winter nights were cold, but the air conditioning was all in Japanese, making it difficult to find the warm mode. In short, this hotel is unfriendly to foreigners—I won't be returning for a second visit.

Great value hotel in the heart of Tokyo. Clean rooms and good quality amenities. Ningyocho station is only 5 minutes away where you can board into a train that goes straight to Narita airport - although not the airport express train, which would require a transfer and considerably more expensive anyway only to arrive 30 minutes quicker. Plenty of konbinis and places to eat nearby. Overall a great option for a vacation even if it is a business hotel, and would easily recommend

Bad customer service by certain personnel, others are friendly and helpful. Downloaded GoTaxi from their room leaflet thinking its their affiliation, wanted to ask the earliest time of taxi service. Tried to speak key words in nihongo, its ok that he understands little English, problem is he want to end the conversation asap and not trying to understand and help at all. This is still bearable, problem is he shaked his head after I turn around (saw by my wife) like I am somewhat of a trouble or nuisance. This is what I cant accept

Able to get in on a last minute (the day before) booking due to a flight change. When I booked, it looked as though I could only have a smoking room but the staff were able to change me to a non-smoking room. Great location, close to multiple train stations. The staff were very helpful - they didn't speak as much English as other places I stayed in Japan but I was able to navigate making a phone call and asking for chopsticks with my basic Japanese (after all, we are in Japan!). The rooms and bed were comfortable. Would recommend and stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
