Amazing experience here! The location is awesome, super walkable to all the restaurants, stores and cocktail bars. A 3 minute walk to the bus station, so you can hop on and go anywhere you desire. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very spacious. We booked a standard room and it came with a vanity and table and chairs. The bathrooms had modern fixtures including a rain shower. The air conditioning worked perfectly! The room stayed very cold which was a luxury against the sun. The hotel was luxuriously silent. Absolutely zero noise heard. The silence was much needed as we slept away our jet leg. The breakfast was lovely, just enough to fill you up. They had a wonderful coffee station with cream and sugar. Check in took less than a minute. They were able to hold our luggage for us upon checkout. Considering the very inexpensive price per night, this hotel is a wonderful accommodation. Definitely would recommend!

Great experience. Kindness and cordiality distinguishes the staff, clean structure and comfortable rooms. Hotel located in a strategic area to easily reach the various tourist destinations of the island since the center of the capital and the bus station are within walking distance. Advised.

Super location walking distance to the bus hub and all the action, friendly staff , breakfast was good , clean room however I found the mattress not comfortable and needs to be replaced , also during the night I can hear street noise and sound of some kind of machinery which I suspect was the adjacent bagel shop preparing their mix .

Friendly staff that are able to organise transfers. If you’re not a strong swimmer, then be cautious as the pool does not state how deep it is. The pool is surrounded by neighbours with low open fences. The room was clean and has air conditioning. There is a small safe in the wardrobe. The walls of the unit are not soundproof, so you can hear the neighbours. There were two sets of stairs we had to go down to reach the room. There are also stairs that lead up to the breakfast room, so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Breakfast is very simple. You can easily walk 6min to the main strip of Santorini. The hotel is on a busy main road.

My wife, my 2 young children and I just spent a week at the Nissos Thira. The staff were excellent; very friendly and helpful. We had a poolside family room and it was ideal. The room came with aircon, a safe and a fridge! We utilised the fridge by visiting a locals supermarket and stocking up on snacks for the kids. This kept them happy and the costs down too. Win win. The breakfast was basic but very decent. The pool was on the small side but fun, and great for our needs. Although not heated, it was warm enough to swim in in late July, but I would consider a wetsuit for the little ones if we ever returned. All in all, it was better than we expected and I would definitely go back. Note that there are lots of steps down to the pool and the road outside is quite busy. No noise in our room but others may not be so quiet.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
