We had a really lovely 4 night stay here. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful, there's really not enough they can do for you. The food was good too. We hired a scooter which the hotel sorted out for us. It takes about 5 minutes to get downtown which suited us perfectly as its nice to come back to somewhere lovely and quiet. The room was huge and we had the pool to ourselves. Thank you to all the staff who looked after us so well and made us feel so welcome.

Horrible experience. Definitely not a 5 star resort during my stay. No restuarant after 12 pm, cockroaches in my room, stray dog in the backyard near the private pool, dirty lobby and staff sleeping in couch in lobby in the middle of the night. Gym dirty was filthy with dead bugs all over. Breakfast was definitely not up to par. Furthermore, fridge and safe did not work, and shower clogged. It seems they reopened prematurely without enough staff or amenities. When any of these issues were raised with the staff they would say we just reopened and we don't have that yet. I get it many places are struggling to find staff. But don't take reservations if you can't provide the service required of a 5 star resort. The only saving grace were the staff, although not provided with the necessary tools, were kind and well-meaning.

This is an intimate and beautifully appointed resort. It's not really far from central if you like being away from crowd this place absolutely your choice. The staff are attentive without being intrusive which is a rare commodity. Food is excellent and well presented by lovely staff. The outdoor swimming poor is huge with warm water and we really loved it. The rooms are spacious and clean with excellent bed and bathrooms which are a pleasure to return to after a sight seeing expedition. Thank everyone for making our trip so special. We definitely have to come back!!!

This place is awesome. Our first and only time in Cambodia, but I have been to many places like this, and this is my favorite. The staff was excellent, and made us feel right at home. They were always checking to ensure we were as comfortable as possible. The room was clean. Accommodation was modern and well appointed. Happy hour by the pool with friendly bartenders. The restaurant was superb, with regional and global cuisine. The location is close to town, yet off the main road so that it is very peaceful. Very easy to relax here. If night life is your thing, the staff will hire you a driver quickly. They even gave us a cell phone to use, so that we could give it to taxi drivers to call the concierge and get directions in Khmer! Miniature Angkor Wat, great spa, beautiful landscaping, I could go on... One of the staff was getting married soon after our stay --congratulations! Send us a wedding photo! friendly staff. The room is very nice but few things are not worthy in the resort. First of all the SPA is not active. The Sauna is off all the time and the steam bath doesn’t exist. The hot water in the junior suite is not enough to make a bath in the tube, it can be filled less than 15 cm that the water will be cold. The location is far from the city and in the evening it’s bit uncomfortable for hanging out. So you will fill a bit isolated. In addition the road out of the resort is in a very bad condition full of whole. The pick up at the airport is free but for the drop off they charge you more than a regular taxi.
