My stay some years ago was amazing at the court. Most especially the swimming pool. It was fun. Same with the gym. I had a swell time.. Will I love to visit again? Yes!

This is a great mid range to budget place for a family. Very clean. The breakfast was far above mid-range it was deluxe with Mildred and her team doing great and even coming early to accommodate us. For the money this stay gets top stars and is equipped and has everything you need. We had to wait 25 minutes to be let in even though we arrived within the appointed time, the management needs to solve that. But other than that, no problems and we recommend, good area.

I had a poor experience getting a haircut here. I would never have this place as a recommendation to get a haircut especially for men because of the haircut I got. The woman who shaved me specifically seemed unexperienced. I left the barbershop feeling insecure. From the start the shaving style seemed odd and at the end the image I showed her was not the same as what I saw on my head, not even near. For what I paid for at the end it was totally not worth it.

We love Njema court and have been repeat short-term residents over the past ten years. We consider it our "home-away-from-home". Here are the reasons we've kept coming back: 1) The location: We love the Westlands area, with its vibrant shops and restaurants and convenient location to the CBD and other areas of interest to us. 2) The service: The apartments are billed as full-service and we have been happy with the quality of housekeeping provided. 3) The staff: From the management down to housekeeping, the staff are pleasant, polite and attentive to our needs. Any issues with the house are addressed rapidly. 4)The mini-market: The shops downstairs, which include a butcher, green grocer, rations store, hair salon, chemist and print shop are a life-saver for those times when you just need to pick a few dinner supplies or accomplish an errand quickly. Cons: The one downside - and the only reason we didn't give five stars - is that the apartments do not have a place where children can play unsupervised. The outside area is taken up with parking spots and an in-ground pool that is not fenced in. Children end up playing out on the hallways, which can create friction with other residents who value their quiet.

Think twice before you book here, This place give you hard time instead for enjoying your visit. Poor service, they dont solve basic issues. I give big star for the house keeper and the protection.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
