        I think more than the room and location, the people matter the most. The staff at the reception was great! The lovely lady at the reception who sits their during the day was helpful. I fell sick, she gave us late checkout that too when the hotel was fully occupied. They helped us with the directions and bookings. Helped us with carrying our heavy bags. It was lovely staying with them. They gave us free upgrade also. Rooms were small. But clean and had everything that we needed. Rooms are generally small in Amsterdam. So cant really help it. It was a great experience though. The location was also amazing!

        We have just spent 5 nights ! It’s more of a B&B than hotel really . The rooms are VERY small and bear little resemblance to the pictures online . It had a canal view of sorts I suppose ? The stairs are a death trap so steep & narrow it’s definitely not a place for the 55+ age group lol Staff were very friendly & helpful & it’s clean . A little way out of town it not to bad as transport is good .

        Very good, comfortable, great people. The small room was very comfortable. The cleaning products are very scented, so if you’re sensitive to strong air freshener type smells, you may want to look elsewhere. If not it’s a great place to stay. Great location in a very walkable city.
