        I stayed for 2 nights. The location is good but the common toilets (to share with 5 other rooms so like 10 people more) were always dirty. The AC wasn’t working so well, I could barely sleep.

        Awful and rude staff who cancelled our appointment the day we arrived to Lisbon because “they tried to charge the card online and it didn’t work”… We booked a month ahead and they had a whole month to check it but did it when I was in transit and could not answer. I called various times asking to rebook and offering to pay with another card because we literallly had no place to stay the night and the answer was “I can do nothing it is your problem”. 0/10 never go there

        The staff here is wonderful, so helpful and friendly, Thank you Reanna for all the help. The rooms are lovely, very clean, bright and quiet. The location to metro and trains is perfect. The hotel has some growing pains, I think its only just opened and has some things to work out yet. Breakfast is a bit skimpy and not very much food, but what there is is good. The breakfast room is very tiny, if your not there early there no seating. Breakfast seems to have a different start time every day. Would we stay here again....definately!, just need some patience!

        Stayed in this apartment for 7 days in a twin room opposite reception. They don't provide keys instead you use codes to get into the building, apartment and your room. Unfortunately they forgot to let us know our codes when we came so we had to call them The apartment is on the corner of the road a couple of doors from Jupiter hotel. Continental breakfast from 7am till 10am including Portugese pastels, bread, jam, cheese, ham, orange juice, tea and coffee. Shared fridge, hob, dish washer and showers for everyone to share. You have two toilet and showers to share between all apartment rooms. House keeping cleaned our sheets once during our stay. Clean towels provided on request. Ac didn't work on first day but reception staff helped fix settings. Ask and they assist! Rooms are clean, large and contemporary, WiFi provided and tv worked. Would definitely stay again.
