The Hotel was renovated recently so the room was very new and good. Price is also very good. We has some issues with our pillows not being clean when we arrived, but they fixed it immediately. Recommended for anyone that plans to be out all day and will use it just to sleep.

At 10 AM my partner and I began moving our bags down to our car parked nearby on the street. We left 4 bags behind: food, wine/drinks, clothing, and ~$150 worth of board games. We loaded up the car and I went back up to collect the remaining bags. In the 5 minutes I was gone room service came in and began THROWING EVERYTHING AWAY. The bag of board games had been removed from the room. I had to ask them where my bags were (which was difficult as they did not speak English). Checkout time is 11:00 AM, and we had not checked out yet. Had I had been a couple minutes longer I may have never seen some of my belongings again. Some of the food items were not recovered, luckily I didn't leave any valuables behind! There are also a couple safety concerns, the window had no screen, sitting 2 feet off the ground looking down on a 4 story drop. Fine for adults but ABSOLUTELY NOT KID SAFE. Elevator is certainly old fashioned and its safety inspection expired in 2015. We booked a 2 night stay at a heavily discounted rate which was still ~$325 after taxes+fees. The booking and font desk service was very fast and easy to deal with. However, for these reasons above I must rate 1 star.

My family and I have stayed at Nob Hill twice and both times have been great! Quiet, nice and the rooms are a nice size for 4 people. Just wish they had microwaves in the room or at least on every floor. You have to go down to the lobby to use the staff microwave.

Great deal. The building and rooms are beautiful, and the price and location can’t be beat. View is great, and it’s very quiet, despite traffic below. Close to all amenities. The only downside was the front staff; the man was surly, and unprofessional, usually looking down on his phone, and incoherently mumbling when talked to. Too bad, because everything else was perfect. Highly recommend getting something on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd floor at the most; otherwise you’ll have to deal with the ancient elevator, which is charming, but slow.

I really enjoyed my stay. It's an older hotel but the rooms seem to have been renovated. We didn't have the best view, but that's OK. We were only there overnight as we were driving up to Eureka. The beds were so comfortable. The elevators are pretty old and stopped working when we were leaving. The guy at the front desk came up and helped us bring our luggage down, which I think was super nice. The only thing which was a bummer was that there is no parking. No parking lot and street parking is definitely hard to find. They do suggest a parking lot near by but you have to pay $35 to park there. Other than the parking issue I would definitely stay there again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
