        Decent hotel with good facilities. The rooms felt compact but practical with a wardrobe, chair and desk and room to spare for your suitcase etc. Our experience of the room was that it was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet is good and the staff were helpful. The location is excellent. My only small criticism is that check in took about 12 minutes per guest. We arrived around 10pm and were fourth in line so it was nearly 11pm by the time we were in our room.

        Terrible hotel, not worth 4 star. Bathrooms have mold. The shower water temp fluctuates drastically and poor pressure. Rooms are tiny with barely any room to put suitcases. The only thing going for it is the location.

        Location is the near by Copacabana beach. Hotel is not a new one. Room is fine for short stay, but not for long stay. Coffee machine is in the room, but without coffee capsules. We asked on the reception for supplying missing coffee capsules, but no reaction. Bathroom and toilet is not well isolation, all noise is shared in the room. Breakfast was well, only offer of food was everyday someone.

        The hotel is well located and check in and out easy. The breakfast was good. The room is quite small and the first one a bit claustrophobic as window to the rear. The reason for the stars is that I was given a room which was had hair everywhere,not well cleaned. They gave me another room without problem. It was a better one until I found dry poo on bathroom door!!!No apologies and was told the cleaner could only go the following day although she come same night and removed that. The bathroom toilet seat was all broken too which I don't think is acceptable to not replace and offer a room in that condition. The sheets were stained too.I was not offered another room. I didn't ask for new toiletries or new towels the 3 days. At check out I was called to pay one bottle of water and coffee which I thought was included as in every hotel coffee and tea are generally courtesy.

        Right in the heart of the touristy zone. Convenient to get to the beach, get the Metro which is just across the street, buses, small time bars and restaurants. Rooms are tiny and wash rooms are the same. Lobby is crowded by people waiting for rooms or who have checked out and waiting. Breakfast is good. Restaurant is not open for dinner or lunch as most would have their food elsewhere. Lots of stuff in the minibar and the tray outside, including the coffee for the coffee maker. Mind you all are are chargeable.
