        Staying at this hotel nestled inside Caesar's Palace offered excellent access to both the mall and the Strip, making it a prime location for exploring. The room itself impressed me with its quiet ambiance, spacious layout, and upscale furnishings, contributing to a luxurious stay. However, a common Las Vegas hotel inconvenience was present here too – the trek from the parking garage to the lobby was lengthy and carpeted, which made dragging my bags a bit of a hassle. Additionally, the elevators in the Caesars Palace parking garage were noticeably slow. Despite these minor issues, the hotel's prime location and quality amenities made for a pleasant experience overall.

        Very quiet rooms. Our room wasn't on one of the main streets so there was no car noise. To get to the rooms you need a card key for the elevator so that cuts down on foot traffic and hallway noise. The room was clean and comfortable and I liked the Japanese influence. The rain head shower was great. No bending over to wash my hair. We will be coming back to this hotel within a hotel.

        We stayed for several nights over Christmas, we booked this package through Expedia and there were no mentions of extra charges. When we arrived, they had confirmed that we booked a package and there would be no charges, only needing a credit card for safety deposit. We complied and during check-out, it was the swift procedure of letting us know there were no charges, and simply to sign to check-out. When we asked for a statement to confirm there were indeed no charges, the front desk stated they couldn't print us any confirmation because they had no printer and then notified us it would be sent by email as long as we signed to confirm check-out. We signed and waited for the email but nothing was sent right away. Front desk said it would take some time to go through so we left and when we got home, we were surprised to see they charged us a resort fee for every night that they didn't show us the statement or was presented on screen. We then called customer service and explained our situation just to be referred to billing to tell us we signed willingly to acknowledge all the charges. We were never shown the statement and just asked to sign for check-out. If we had seen all the charges we would've questioned them then and there. But we didn't even find out about the charges until we checked our credit card. And once we started calling customer service and billing, going through the complaint process is when we finally received these alleged bills we signed for that they never sent us till now. Perhaps they saw we were an older Asian couple and easy to fool, even the customer service and billing representatives were rude. This seems like an unwarranted tourist trap. The representative kept arguing that we knew what we signed for and it's our fault that we didn't read the print when this bill was never shown to us and we were led in false pretenses to 'sign for check-out only with no charges as it was all included in the package'. We will definitely warn family and friends about NOBU and Caesar hotels because this has never happened to us at any other property in Vegas on fraudulent and backhanded charges. The problem is with the transparency and charging to our credit card after we left the hotel and outside of Expedia charges.

        Like their restaurants, completely overrated. We couldn't check in until after 5pm, they were late cleaning rooms. We almost were late to our show. Awkward entrance, lousy room service choices. Bad views. The rooms were nice and comfortable though. We wont stay here again.

        Average hotel at a good price over Christmas. A few issues soured our stay. 1) the room mini bar was so overpriced as to be make believe. It bordered on robbery. Not cool. 2) no hot water for showering on two consecutive days. Batted away as "it's an issue with the whole tower". No apologies given. 3) the elevators from Caesars to the parking structure are old, decrepit and take FOREVER to arrive. This results in random queue jumping and general bad behavior
