Our stay was fine and their customer service could be better. We checked out of our hotel 1/2 at around noon. I realized I left my scarf and I immediately called back to let them know that I left it. They told me not to worry - when housekeeping makes their round to our room, they will ship it to us. I was relieved. They also said they would call back for my address/update. Two days pass and not a word from this hotel. I called them back and no one knew about the scarf… Not even housekeeping. They again, said they would give a call back. A week later, I call back again. They didn’t have an update, housekeeping didn’t answer, and the front desk told me housekeeping didn’t turn anything in. My scarf was expensive but just imagine if anyone ever leaves anything more important than a scarf. I won’t be staying here again.

Drove 6 hours to get to Nobu, only to be told I would have to wait another hour so house keeping could catch up. Honestly for as much as you pay for a room, plenty of notice before hand I was arriving, for the room to not be ready. The person at the desk basically brushed me off like I wasn’t a guest. Why would the guest have to suffer, because your cleaning crew is slacking? She didn’t offer me another room that was ready, or offer to upgrade. It kind of blew my mind. She said I could wait an hour across the street, that they would call me when it’s ready. Didn’t give me a time frame at all I had to ask. Check in was 3pm and they made us wait till 4pm. After driving 6 hours I just wanted to sleep. Room was nice but expected a little more being a zen suite. Rooftop pool was freezing even though it was a gorgeous day out. Very nice area lots of shops/ mall around to do things.

Our stay was mediocre at best. Not anything we would have expected from the Nobu name. We got there before checkin time because my S.O. had a meeting at noon. Asked for a water since we had to wait a while, front desk said that they had no water. Front desk lady said we could go ahead and check in and just swing by the desk to pick up our keys when we returned. So we gave her our information, went through the process and yet, when we returned in the evening we had to do it all over again so essentially she did not check us in. Now my biggest issue, I suffer from Hyperthyroidism, I have to sleep on the cooler side. The thermostat was way off and had some kind cap on it. Could not get it cooler than 72 degrees. Unacceptable as I couldn't sleep the whole night. We had planned to stay a couple of more night but we just checked out after our first night. Not a Nobu experience at all.

So, the hotel common spaces are very nice and the gym is pretty amazing. The rooms are good, but not overly impressive. The beds are comfortable. The service is pretty blah. It took forever to order room service and the prices are bloated. The biggest and most annoying aspect of this experience is the arrival. WARNING, your Uber will get lost both on pick up and arrival. Although the map location appears correct, it takes drivers into the garage across from the hotel and it’s super confusing. Both times, I had to take the public elevator up and walk to and from the hotel. Strongly suggest management work on way finding solutions,

This has become my go to hotel in the area. The rooms and hotel decor are very peaceful, modern, clean and zen-like. I have ordered sushi from the restaurant for in-room dining of which I thought was very good. My personal experience has always been pleasant all around

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
