Best hotel in Marbella. Friendly service, beautifully designed rooms, extensive breakfast, heated outdoor pools in January, location, spa, top restaurants next to the lively Plaza full of beautiful people. It's not cheap but its good fun and absolutely worth it. And I don't drive a Ferrari 😁

Great hotel (especially if you are into eye-popping bling!) We had a fab stay here for three nights and loved it. The gardens are manicured to perfection (as are all the staff and guests!) and the restaurants are plentiful and gorgeous (as are all the bills!). All in all we loved it for a short break but be warned it’s full-on here!! J’adore! Staff were great and bedroom was spacious and cool..!

Ok the rooms are great and super comfortable with great bathrooms. Location is good. Unfortunately that’s where the good stops. You’ve to understand that this hotel shares almost all its facilities with Puerto Romano hotel. So nothing is exclusive to Nobu residents. The housekeeping is awful. On most days they didn’t make our room until 3 pm and there was no turn down service. The biggest draw back with this property however is that IT IS INCREDIBLY LOUD. The music doesn’t stop until 2 am even though our suite was supposed to be one of the quietest one. I’m looking forward to leaving this god forsaken place so that I can actually sleep.

We are totally disappointed and shocked with the service of this hotel. The check in is at 14.00 but when we arrived at 14.30 our rooms were not ready. They asked for our phone number to call us when the room would be ready but nobody called us till 17.00. And there were no excuses! They just forgot about us. Moreover, I was calling several times to the reception but nobody answered. And the most disgusting thing was that we had Been waiting for buggy from the room to the main entrance 35 minutes. Could you imagine? Finally we lost our reservation to the restaurant because of this delay. No excuses, nothing, the service is very low while the price is too high. Totally disappointed!

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
