Fantastic hotel with the most beautiful views. Our room had jacuzzi and direct access to the pool. Restaurant didn’t disappoint either - some nobu classics tasted better than in other locations. Staff is super friendly. We will be back next summer! Thank you Nobu for making our long awaiting vacations so relaxing and beautiful

Went to the Nobu Santorini for my engagement a couple of weeks ago and I am still amazed at the amazing service and hotel. From the moment we checked in till leaving the hotel everything was perfect. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. The hotel itself is spotless, super super clean, looks brand new, the pool area is so relaxing and looks out of this world. Best views for sunset for sure. The breakfast was 10/10, the Nobu dinner exceeded expectations with everything so fresh. I would like to particularly thank all the staff that made us feel so special, as if we were the only ones there 🥰. A million times thanks, can’t wait to come back!

Staff is very intolerant towards Indians and were very rude with us. They seated us badly and wasnt responding to us. They were allowing others from other countries to take "as many pictures as they want", but rudely asked us to stop taking photos. They were taking years to take order from us, but were serving others immediately. They reserved our table for 2 hours, but asked us to vacation in 1 hour only. Truly the worst experience..

Went here specifically for cocktails. Very nice place but we felt personally wasn't worth the drive from central fira as the view wasn't better than fira and outside the hotel was just littered with trash and debris. Looks beautiful place to stay if your just wanting to chill in hotel though.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
