        I recently stayed at Node Hotel and found the pricing reasonable and the location convenient. However, I encountered several issues during my stay that impacted my overall experience: 1.Housekeeping Service: My room cleaning was not up to mark. Despite displaying the 'Room Cleaning' sign by 11 AM, housekeeping often attended to my room much later, around 3 PM, which was quite inconvenient. On multiple occasions, I found my room only partially cleaned, which was disappointing. 2. Reception Area Usage: During the delays caused by the housekeeping service, I waited in the reception area and used my computer at a table there. However, I was asked to order food because those tables were designated for restaurant guests. I believe hotel guests, especially those inconvenienced by service delays, should be granted an exception in such scenarios. 3. Front Desk Service Inconsistency: The service quality at the front desk varied significantly. While some staff members were quite helpful and accommodating, others seemed disinterested and unhelpful. This inconsistency in service was unsettling and did not meet the standards I expected from Node Hotel. While the hotel offers good value in terms of pricing and location, there's a noticeable need for improvement in housekeeping and consistency in customer service. I hope my feedback helps the hotel address these issues for a better guest experience in the future.

        One of my favorite hotels in Japan. The rooms are spacious compared to the Japanese standard, exceptionally clean, and situated in an amazing location. super close to convenient stores. The lobby is stunning, and what sets this place apart is that each room features its own artwork with a meaningful explanation provided during check-in. Additionally, they efficiently handled our shipped luggage from Tokyo, bringing it directly to our room. Without a doubt, when we return to Kyoto, this is where we'll stay again—100%!

        Wonderful room. Very enjoyed the modern art esque vibe of our room. We stayed in a double room that we booked through Agoda. Very spacious and very comfortable. No microwave but does have a mini fridge. The location was wonder as it was right next to a bus station and walking distance to everything you need in downtown Kyoto. The service was amazing. Super accommodating. One of the days we stayed, it was raining and the staff offered us umbrellas as we were walking out. They do room service everyday.

        We stayed at node for 5 nights, and could not be happier with our stay. The staff were incredible and the hotel space has a great vibe. Location gives easy access to much of Kyoto's metro system, and it is an easy walk to Nishikki market. I'd highly recommend node for your trip to Kyoto, and cannot wait to return and stay here again.

        It's a cool and comfortable space where you can feel the art first-hand! Customer service is also very good!! The breakfast sauce, butter, yogurt, and corn soup were all handmade and you could tell they were made with care! The taste is also delicious! Unfortunately, we had to eat out for dinner, so next time we'll have the pleasure of eating at the hotel! Thank you!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
