        I went to this place to have breakfast with my family and after placing the order they started bringing things that we didn't even ask for, when we pointed this out to the waiters they assured us that we wouldn't be charged, at the end of the meal the bill arrived and several items were added without our consent, when I called one of the employees he told me that he saw my food and that I ate one of the dishes that was theoretically wrong, they brought the wrong order and I ate it thinking it was the sandwich I ordered, there was no way for me to guess that It was wrong since I had never been there, anyway in the end they corrected the bill and I thanked them. despite that, their service is terrible compared to the ridiculous price they charge, I will never go back to that place again

        Wonderful atmosphere upon arrive. The valet parking was worth the high price tag. Stressful getting parked on this side of London. Staff was outrageously kind and friendly always going above and beyond normal courtesies. We got a free upgrade on arrive and the room was extremely elegant. We happened to not have a good view of the city but the room was so splendid it didn't matter. Really enjoyed our stay. Loved the location as it was a 20 step walk over from the Royal Opera House (which one should also try out). Thanks NoMad for a wonderful last night in London.

        My family and I came here for my graduation dinner. The food was good. However, the service was slow, which did not match the price that I paid. The lady at the cloak room totally ruined the mood of my dinner. She mistaken us for using the flash and started accusing us. We explained that we did not use flash for the photos, she just strictly repeated that flash should not be used. I don’t know if this is discrimination, but I do not like the attitude. I did not pay more than 400 pounds for this level of service.

        Relative to the price, this restaurant is terrible value for money. On entry, everything is beautiful, the building, the atmosphere, it's all great. Once you're seated, you'll start to notice how grumpy some servers are. Any questions you have will be met with a blank face, sometimes you won't even get a reply. I am writing this review from the restaurant now and it has been 1.5 hours since we entered. We have not be given main meals yet. We also had to ask where our drinks were as they took 40 minutes to come. We were giving some free vegetables as a sorry I think? But they didn't say anything when they gave it to us, so we can only guess. As I sit here waiting, stomach rumbling, I have to say I am utterly disappointed. I could not recommend this place to anyone, despite the fact that the food was actually good. They ended up swapping our servers halfway through, so maybe they just have a hiring problem, but damage was done. There are so many nice places to eat in London. This one shouldn't be near the top of your list. At one point I had to collect all our plates up. Genuinely almost got up to hand them to the kitchen. Try Rüya in Mayfair, same price level, but much, much , much better service. 2 hours later, nobody has even come to ask if everything was okay. I swear, I'm not even a difficult customer, I wouldn't usually write a review like this, but I wanted to go out of my way to warn anyone thinking about this place. If you have one night in London, choose somewhere else. Edit: They have just passed us the bill and they have charged us for the "complimentary" crudités 😭. Avoid this place. Honestly.

        We had a lunch at this very stylish hotel on a Sat afternoon. Our lunch was an easy five stars across the board! Amazing food with wonderful team all wrapped up in an opulent oasis of calm only minutes from Covent Garden..

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
