This is a hostel with the vibe of a hotel. If you like a quiet vibe with heightened privacy and security, this is your place to stay. The dorms have four bunks with a bathroom. The rooms have chairs, a table , and a shoe rack as well. There's a common area at the reception, but everyone prefers the one on the roof, which has a splendid view of the city. Everyone working here was really friendly and helpful. Also, the location of this hostel is great, just off Rainbow Street and downtown.

My stay here was exceptional! Very good location in Amman which was easy to walk out of or drive. The concierge Fehid went above and beyond and helped me with whatever I needed and more! Most definitely will come back to Jordan and stay here!

Very good location, spacious room and great rooftop terrace. Don't expect it to be a hotel though, it is very much a hostel. My room was very spacious and had a balcony, but everything was made a bit of a cheap manner; nothing seemed to have been built w care and attention. Front desk staff was friendly. Bakery right around the corner in Rainbow Str makes fabulous mana'eesh!

Overall very good hostel. Few cons that you probably won't experience: 1. No towels were available for rent 2. Got checked in after 4.30pm. Since we were super tired from the flight this was inconvenient to us. They were cleaning the rooms and it took more than expected. Good stuff: 1. Very helpful stuff. Recommended great places for food, to check out,... 2. Great location to downtown. Walkable to most of the things you would like to visit anyway 3. They have nice breakfast but we were not really interested 4. Top floor has amazing panoramic view of the city 5. Very clean

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
