The only this good about this hotel is the location. Really close to metro and public Area. But the room it's kinda nightmare. Haha seems like this building was build before ww2. Everything are old and start to rot. So if you are clean freak. Stay away. If you doesn't care about cleanliness it will be fine.

This is an apartment that I've stayed for 6-7 years when I visited Guangzhou. The name had since changed to Nomo Apartment 2-3 years ago. Some rooms had new facelift but not all because I checked in to a room back in 2016 and was shocked when it was stink and full of cockroaches all over the floor. I stayed there again in December 2017 because it is near to my supplier, bathroom light was not working and took them 2 days to fix. Unfriendly reception, dimly lit corridors and smells bad.

Very close to Beijing Lu Metro Station just next building and Beijing Lu pedestrian area is in less than 5 min walk. If you ok with Chinese food than this will be perfect location additionally you can find KFC & McDonald's nearby. Lobby and corridor need renovation but room is ok.

Apartment hotel runs by different groups in the same building leads to different levels of standard. Common corridor poorly maintain . Good location of building make it popular .

An old hotel. Not well maintained. The only advantage is it is located just 5 minute walking distance to Beijing Lu metro station

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
