The room was really clean and the girl taking care of the check-in was really helpful and explained everything we needed to know - in Italian with some English words mixed in. The location is really in the middle of the most tourist crowded area, meaning that it is close to everything. You will just have to stand the crowd once you leave the apartment. It is a budget room in a quite over-priced Florence. This means that it is still quite expensive considering what you get. The tiny bathroom was really clean, but not the easiest to move around in. The bed could also have been a bit more stable.

This was our first time staying in this type of hotels/rooms, but I’m happy that we chose Nonna Lisa Rooms. Fantastic location, friendly staff and easy to communicate with, super clean room. The place had two rooms, and we were the only one in that night.

Kind but scammers. I tried to cancel late (my mistake but I couldn't do otherwise) politely asking, given that with the Florence rock it was a super busy period and they probably wouldn't have had any problems renting the room, if I could still get a refund, even only partial. A very kind girl replies to me, but I don't know that she isn't the owner, and she tells me that if they rent it I would gladly get a refund (not maybe, I don't know, I have to ask the owner), to make the cancellation request like this they could have rented it. The day I was supposed to go I check on booking and everything is fully booked. I call the same day and they tell me to wait I call the next day and they bounce me I call the next day again and they tell me that "the owner doesn't want it". All in good faith certainly, in the meantime they kept my money + the same amount probably multiplied by 4 for the day of the concert

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
