Female dorm room is so good. Very clean room and comfy mattress. Privacy with curtains Big warm blanket Big storage, might big enough for luggage Chillin area is lovely. You can see big buddha from there. Limited parking area for car but possible. Toilet and shower room is always clean. There is a separate dressing room for women. Very simple breakfast. Just bread, coffee and butter/jam Outside of busy area but good for relaxing If you plan to rent a bike, this is a good option. Only 5 mins to Kata beach by bike. Staff is friendly and always keep smiling.

Very pleasantly surprised with this hostel. I booked on a whim through Hostelworld and it was excellent! What made the different was the sweet, consistent service with a smile, helpful amenities (motorbike rental, laundry, poop table, pool, kitchenette, free breakfast, and much more! They also had the sweetest cats who love to cuddle and sit with you. Overall, it was a very comfortable and we rounded experience.

We stayed here for more than 2 months. It was a perfect experience. A very calm and peaceful place. Quite and clean pool 👌🏻 The kitchen area could be improved but it's nice to even have. The beds are of very high quality and the cleanliness is excellent. Sheets are clean, there are extra pillows. Air conditioners are new and working well. There may be a fly problem in balconies. I don't think it was a problem. I wish to stay here again 🙏🏻

I loved this hostel would stay again in a heartbeat! The staff were very very friendly! Rooms were new and clean! Pool was also very clean it was very clean throughout!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
