Clean rooms in a great location. Stayed two nights. Beds hard, people slamming doors late at night and room wasn't cleaned and we weren't given new towels or water. Maybe you have to put out sign that says make up room, but I haven't been in a hotel that doesn't clean the room automatically. Cheap rates considered that Samui is overpriced but you get what you pay for. Staff are friendly. Two gyms close by is the highlight for me, only reason I stayed.

I had experience to live in “Nora Lake View Hotel” during 2 months. First what I want to say is the management is very friendly, we became a family during this time. Every time when I go through the lobby I sow a smile. Professional staff do their job very professionally and quick. My room 301 was clean, without any annoying sounds. WiFi is fest, laundry works well. I will definitely recommend this hotel for everyone. And when you come there say Hi to Tom and Honey.

On two nights of what is currently a four night stay at the Nora lake view, I have been woken up and disturbed by building/maintenance work in the hotel on or before 9am in the morning. This is unacceptable to me, given that I paid 1000+ baht a night for the room. If I wanted to be woken up like that, then I would just pay 200 baht to be in a hostel dorm. It made staying on those nights useless and a waste of my money. Additionally, this morning I opted to extend my stay, I was charged *more* than if I had booked a night online. I even asked if there was discount available and I was told no. Here is a screenshot of what is a 20%+ discount available if I had just booked online (despite them claiming on their website they can provide the cheapest prices direct) instead of going down to reception and paying in cash. This seems very unfair and disengenous to me. I feel exploited and short-changed from my experience here.

Nice hotel with affordable price! The staff was lovely and very helpful. The location is great with lots of nearby restaurants and also love walking along the lake in the evening :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
