Views from the hotel are probably the best part of the hotel. The location is on the beach but have to go down the stairs which is very dark at night. Some lights would make a big difference. Bathroom is very small but manageable, had a jacuzzi tub in the main room but took an hour(not even joking) to fill enough to be able to switch on the jets. Shower is not hot at all. (Showered with only the hot water on and it was still freezing). Breakfast was included so I went but was very bad, ice cold and didn't find any milk for the coffee. Didn't go again. Pool bar was never open, thinking in December it would have been open being a busy time. Pool gym is very small and equipment is very old. The receptionist Benz was very friendly and helpful with tours. With a few renovation and better management this can be one of the best hotels.

That view! Our balcony overlooking the Andaman Sea was absolutely sensational. Although the hotel itself is a little worn, the room was sparkling clean, the sheets were crisp and the service was warm, friendly and efficient. It's a two-minute steep walk to the beach, one of the loveliest on the island. And you can watch the squirrel highway early in the morning or later in the evening. BYO food, though.

Stay away from this place. The beach is nice but that's about it. We had a booking for two nights but left after one. It is very very very run down hotel and feels like even housekeeping gave up. Stains everywhere, dirty windows, dirty mirrors and the smell 😮‍💨Moved rooms in the middle of the night due to a wires burning smell.

Well, the sun does not rise on Surin beach but the sunsets can be spectacular if you’re lucky. For its price, please don’t expect 5 star standards. We are pleased with its cleanliness though we do wish the stairs to access the beach could be improved with the installation of railings (since the steps can get quite narrow and steep) You are about 10-15 mins from a 7-11 and hypermart (Lotus), and there’s many food options so you do not really have to worry about your meals. It’s on Surin beach, and it’s the cleanest and quietest beach on this side of Phuket. Along the beach, you have your usual mile long stretch of FNB options. Deck chairs are available at 100baht and you can sit as long as you want. Housekeeping is excellent, especially important as you do tend to track in a fair bit of sand. Breakfast is a small spread - there’s sunny side eggs and toast and cereal; there’s local offerings; fruit is a available too. Do note their inhouse restaurant do not offer lunch or dinner. You can try Grabfood or Foodpanda if you’re too lazy to head out but our one experience with Grabfood was not successful (they could not find a driver) The TV comes with netflix and youtube!! And the wifi is great. Overall, no complains from me at this price point

Very happy with my stay. All rooms have beautiful views and are really big. You get flip flops beach towels umbrellas plenty of water and other extras with your room. 2min walk down the steps to the sea and nice restaurants. Breakfast had a good variety and it changed daily :) roof pool had great views and we watched fireworks from the balcony, a truly great expirience. Staff super friendly and very helpful, go out of their way to help! Especially thank you to Janet at front desk 💙 she is a star

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
