Absolutely fantastic place to stay, could not recommend enough. Electra was so friendly, helpful and made everything perfect for our stay. Will be recommending North Wind Suites to everyone. Great location, pool and had a hot tub on our balcony. Breakfast was brilliant....Best Greek yogurt I've ever had. We opted for breakfast by the pool which was lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay

We had a brilliant stay here! Love the location with amazing views, and on the quieter side of Oia so more peaceful at night but still only a short walk from the centre. Rooms are compact, but well designed and very comfortable and the individual hot tub was a delight. A big thanks to Electra the host who was very friendly and helpful with organising transfers etc. We would definitely stay again!

We spent 3 nights at the North Wind suites. Our suite was huge! Very large bedroom area and sitting area along with large private outdoor area with spa pool. Everything was very modern and very clean, Electra was a fantastic host and helped us with taxis and transfers. There is a bar by the pool which we enjoyed for before dinner drinks and a cool beer in the afternoon. It’s a short flat walk in to the centre of Oia, but we enjoyed the serenity of being away from the hustle and bustle. Thank you Electra for your kindness and hospitality

A gem near the main street in Oia. We stayed for 4 nights. Superb staff, each was efficient, helpful and polite. Electra at the reception desk was multi-skilled and was an exceptional host Breakfast was customized to our individual requests and very fresh, especially the fresh squeezed orange juice. Room was modern and very clean, private with its own hot tub. The hotel is located on a quiet street but very close to the main street in Oia.

Beautiful and amazing property! Everything was perfect during our stay. The views are amazing and daily breakfast was so delicious. Electra was an amazing and helpful host during our stay. Would highly recommend if you want to stay in a nice and peaceful part of Oia!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
