        I have no complaints regarding the hotel itself. However, they need to revisit their policy on cancellation. I was scheduled to stay Jan 31 - Feb 2/24. Due to no fault of my own Calm Air canceled the fight from The Pas to Wpg. So after talking to reservations and the supervisor I will still be charged for a full day plus extras. I was trying to move my stay to another date. Shameful business practice. If you’re travelling for medical reasons from the north I strongly recommend that you check with other hotels regarding their cancellation policies. Norwood Hotels just made a fast $200 off me.

        I wasnt going to post this had the hotel dealt with this situation with reasonableness. But here are pictures of bed bugs at this hotel. I booked a work trip for 3 nurses attending a health conference at this hotel last week. One of the nurses discovered evidence of bed bug activity and all three requested immediate transfer to another hotel. I immediately got them and paid for rooms at the holiday inn. I then requested hotel to refund us for the 3 rooms. Hotel refused after multiple attempts. This level of professionalism is unacceptable. Anyone reading this review you have been warned. This hotel not only house bed bugs they also will refuse to right their wrong. This place needs to be investigated and shutdown.

        This is a very beautiful hotel, and situated in a very calm vicinity, if you don't like noise while lodged in a hotel, Norwood is an ideal hotel for you, the interior designs of the hotel, makes it looks giving, exceptional and exquisite in beauty, what a wonderful architectural design of the structure. Their management and staff customer friendliness and association, is quite a commendable one, the food from their restaurant is also giving... Norwood is really a hotel with a difference.

        We spent very little time at the hotel even though we had a three day reservation. This means I cannot speak to the over all hotel stay, but what I can speak to is the incredible level of rudeness we experienced by the various hotel staff. We arrived, checked in, got our keys and headed to the room to drop off the stuff we needed there. Neither keys worked, not a huge deal but on returning to the desk we were lectured rather harshly by the front desk clerk about how we should not keep the keys beside our phones (We had not put our keys anywhere near our phones as they were in our hands the entire time). When we went to collect our belongings from the hotel yet again the keys did not work. The keys had been in a bag well away from our phones while we were busy getting married but again we were lectured and blamed for the keys not working. I would not book here again after being treated so poorly on two separate occasions by different staff members. I would expect that this is a part of their training given it was the same accusation both times.

        We had our company Christmas party here and the food was great. The staff kept everything fresh and full. We all enjoyed it so much.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
