The room was very dirty and unaccommodating. • The TV and remote didn’t work • There were handprint smears all over the head board. It was clear no surfaces were cleaned from that last people. • You could see the mattress stains through the sheets and the sheets had flakes of stuff in them when we arrived. •The bathtub had balls of hair sticking out of the drain. When we turned the jets on, they slat out chunks of black particals . • The walls had splatters of something white all over it • No towels in the room. We asked for 4 towels and some hand towels for our shower that night and the showers we planned to take the next morning and the man just gave us two towels. The towels reaked of smoke. • There were people on drugs tweaking out in the foyer and outside as we checked in. The whole place reeked of smoke and marijuana. A couple checking out in front of us said they couldn’t stay there because she had asthma. • The sidewalks/foyer were not well attended too with the weather conditions causing us to almost fall and barely able to walk. I brought it to the front desks attention and he didn’t seem to care. There’s clearly an employee/management writing good reviews for this place because it is no 2 star motel. They should be shut down. Listen to the negative reviews. They are 100% accurate.

The front desk guy was very friendly and helpful through all our troubles, when we got into our room we have towels and all cleaning products. It was very good inside and out, but there was a guy who did an amazing job cleaning all very nice.. There were good condition of all our bed and pillows, the smell was so good and our beds were nice to sleep. It was peace all night.. Other than that it was okay.

No towels in room we had to go to front desk for them. No batteries in remote. Smells heavy smoke even though it's supposed to be smoke free. Loud music in rooms with door partially open. I get that it's $50 I've stayed in a lot nicer for the price. Don't come here!!

This was a nice hotel in its day. Now it is in need of some love. There is a lot of things that the owner should be doing to bring it back to former splendor. When you book a hotel with a lot of negative reviews for a small price you should not expect 5 star amenities. The staff were kind and courteous. Do not take the owners lack of repairs and service out on the staff. Your low price tells you they are not making a lot to put up with your complaints. If you have a problem pay the higher price to get the things you are complaining about.

There I'd no actual breakfast like advertised gave us a room with a filthy sink covered in cigarette ash and dirt and when I turned it on It clogged up. There were no towels in our room apon entry the place needs love and repairs it's not the worst place I've stayed it would be pretty decent of they actually had what they advertised

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
