1/5 no hospitality at all. Tried to ask help for secondary HDMI cable for the TV and they really reluctant to give it to me. Very bad soundproof, cannot sleep at all because the very loud sound at the bar rooftop even my room at level 1. Wifi is very slow, always use my personal data. Ordered cappucino and taste is very bad, the 33k worth of coffee only make my stomach bloat. The only good thing is the location, which is strategic area. But, there are more better hotel around the area. So just don't book here. Real bad experience. Will never come back. Thanks

Room is quite cute & location is okay, but that’s it. Cons: - wifi is very limited and slow - no hot water for shower, it’s worse than chep hotels. Yes, we’ve turned on the button and waited 15 minutes, but nothing. - rude staff (especially the one name Dwi). Called about the hot water. Not only he harassed as if I don’t know how to turn the button on, he also mentioned that they offered us to move to another room because of TV problem (which was not true). Overall, NOT RECOMMENDED. Lots of better options with 800k ++ prices. Not good value for money.

Wouldn't complain much with the price-value ratio delivered. But beware, there's a lounge on the rooftop. A loud and noisy one. I was still able to feel the music on first floor. I bet it would be worse for higher floor.

Nice hotel, clean, the staff is frienly specialy Vani. She is always great us. We are 3 people with double bed plus extra bed and stayed 3 days 2 nights. all of the facilities is good, the design also the view beautuful and we are loved it. But when we are check in they just gived us 2 welcome drink, we are 3 people and already add extra bed in our room. Just about welcome drink make me upset when we are check in.

Perfect place with nice design, comfortable rooms, nice location, beautiful rooftop with delicious food with good price — its 5 of 5. BUT! 95% stuff doesn’t speak English well. Stuff don't understand the first time and needed 3 times to explain any of request. I feel tired everyday from this. That’s 1 of 5. And internet in room very bad. Slow speed and permanent spots in downloading traffic. And actions from stuff didn’t improve internet speed 2 of 5. For me it was difficult to face it. I hope management will do something with this.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
