Very pleasant hotel, they have a very good breakfast buffet spread catering to the Indian palette unlike other hotels in the area. The manager is a very friendly and warm person and all the staff from kitchen, housekeeping etc. made us feel very welcomed. All shops, seven eleven stores, massage spa is nearby Just a few meters by walk.

It was very nice stay Nova express. Staff was polite and manager Mr Vincent was very helpful. Good options in breakfast for Indian people but can be add more. Rooms was small and stay was nice. Manager arrange trip for Alcazer show it was mesmerizing. Overall good stay.

The hotel is situated at a prime place in Pattaya city well connected..there is a Buddhist monastery opposite the hotel which if interested can be visited as per ur interest..the hotel has a roof top beautiful pool..but most important point .make sure there is no stain or mark on your pillows,bedsheets or towels .if there the hotel management will cost you a fortune and will not leave you..they may even ask you to clean it and afterwatds will ask to pay for the laundry..soo oo beware and don't fall for this scam . overall the ambience is good 👍

The hotel claims to be 4* but the rooms are not worth a 4* rating. The only items provided are towels. They do not have robes / door mats. But if you are an Indian and looking for a hotel that provides Indian breakfast, this one is recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
