Two days back, we had our baby's dedication and 1st birthday party at the Nova Park Hotel banquet hall. It was indeed the best choice we made to hold such an important event; their banquet hall is very spacious, clean, and very classy. Appreciate their staff for being so friendly and accommodating, always readily available if we need something before, during and even after the event. Special mention to Mr. Rohit who ensured that we were served well, he even helped us in arranging the cheaper parking area for our guests. Also, to Mr. Lester who is always checking and making sure everything goes smoothly as planned. Furthermore, during and after the event, we kept on getting positive responses with regards to the foods served; indeed, the foods were DELICIOUS! kudos to their Head Chef. We truly highly recommend their service and we will surely come back for other future events. (^_^)

Stayed in this hotel for three days during September 2023. It is a nice place to stay with family and kids. Rooms are quite spacious and well attended. Infact it was a suite with separate rooms for a drawing area, pantry and the bed. The bathroom was quite clean and spacious. There was no noise or any external disturbance. The person at the reception was quite frank and spoke to the point. Overall the stay in this place was quite good.

We booked hall and food for our Diwali party. Arrangements were really awesome. Staff was taking well care of all guests. Sound system was great. Specially Restuarant manager Mr. Rohitha was so supporting during complete event and it was a great success.

Cleanliness: 7/10 Positive: General cleanliness of rooms, towels, washrooms, and overall hotel maintenance. Area for Improvement: The chairs around the swimming pool, particularly the cushions, were noticeably dirty. Service Quality: 8/10 Positive: Service exceeded expectations for the price, with commendable service at the reception, gym, and cleaning staff. Room Comfort and Amenities: 6.8/10 (7.5/10 without Wi-Fi issues) Positive: Comfortable room with good space, especially the kitchen, and pleasant decor. Negative: The size of the sofa was small, air conditioning issues (either too hot or too cold), and positioned inconveniently. Wi-Fi was extremely poor, affecting business calls. Location: 8.3/10 Positive: Excellent location with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and electronic stores. Value for Money: 9/10 Positive: The experience and amenities offered were well worth the price paid. Food and Dining: N/A Observation: Did not try the hotel restaurant. The seating area appeared luxurious, but the food advertisements in the hotel and elevator were unappealing. Facilities: 8/10 Positive: Swimming pool and gym facilities were appreciated. Gym was well-equipped and not crowded. Negative: The bench rack in the gym was awkwardly short for optimal use (not suitable for someone 182 cm tall). Overall Atmosphere: 8/10 Positive: The hotel's atmosphere, decor, and comfort were satisfactory and up to standard. Special Features or Unique Experiences: 9.8/10 for Sir Mir/Meer Exceptional: The service provided by the staff member in charge of the swimming pool and gym reception (believed to be Sir Mir or Meer) was outstanding, marked by kindness, professionalism, and a welcoming attitude.

I checked in with my family for a days stay on 21 oct It’s a pretty good hotel with a lot of smiles. All staff I met had a smile. This always makes any one comfortable . Especially when you check in tired. We asked for an additional bed it just came in no time. Though this hotel is in and around a residential place the rooms we so peacefully and quiet and cleaning was constant. Next morning we went for breakfast. It was a continental menu, I was talking to my wife and said nice to have some Indian breakfast. In 5 min the restaurant manager or captain just brought us Dosa’s and sambar. I felt so welcomed and special. I actually was looking for a stay at the 4 point Sheraton across the road but it was full, but I don’t regret it. I got what I wanted, just to feel homely. Thank the staff in the front desk, the housekeeping ,the bell desk and not forgetting the restaurant I had the breakfast. I actually forgot the manger gentleman’s name the hostess who I think was from south of Indian and the gentleman who served us break fast who was from Tamil Nadu. I will definitely go back to stay with them and will recommend it to my friends. Cheers.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
