The most friendly staff I have ever seen are working here. Location cannot be better and more centric. Room is very clean and the facilities in room are sufficient. Hamam and massage services were very unique experience. I will remember this hotel good.

Excellent location with quick access to metro. Friendly staff. Rooms were basic. Not very soundproof, we could hear everyone passing from the hallway. WiFi terrible in our room. We could only get hot water in the shower after waiting some time. Breakfast didn’t meet expectations, as they had limited options, though it was nice having a chef to make fresh omelet and eggs.

The hotel is fine. It is very clean, the service is very friendly, and we would especially like to thank Mr. Yilmaz for his friendliness and willingness to help us at any time. The only objection would be the too small bathroom, the lack of towel hangers and there should be shelves for storing cosmetics.

Room service 3/5 Cleaning ladies 5/5 Rooms overall 3/5 Bed 100/5 Bathroom 4/5 nothing to fancy Breakfast 4/5 Well hotel is okay the bed really comes in clutch to save the day if it wasnt for the bed I’d give this hotel a solid 2/5. Sound isolation is awfull and if you open a window to cool down expect constant door slaming since you can literally see a light coming from hallway tru the hole between door frame and the door. The tv logo is so shiny it could replace the sun.I had to cover it up just so I can sleep… You can not set a thermostat to cool down and if its hot outside on a winter day and you had a hair transplant like I did expect some fun trying to cool down ,It was like a jigsaw puzzle to find a way not to get all sweaty I had to block the door with a chair and fill the gap between door frame and a door with toilet paper so it won’t constantly slam while the window was open. Also I don’t know why but whenever I would call room service or a reception nobody would answer so I guess that’s kind of an issue. Cleaning ladies are very nice! Breakfast well nothing special,classic europe breakfast foods are presented. I guess that summs it up when it comes to my expirience with this hotel,I don’t really care about the view since I was not in the room most of the time but yeah it was fun I guess. Would I chose this hotel if i get a chance to go to Istanbul again probably yea because their beds are so good and I don’t care about anything else. If the hotel is reading this review please tell me what kind of mattresses and pillows do you have because I would love to get some like that. Overall 3/5 not bad .

Good hotel for a medium price with good service. We took the suite on the 8th floor with a nice view. The cleaning team is very helpful, also the guys from reception. The breakfast is ok, not great not terrible. A problem is that the rooms are not so good at soundproofing. The location is next to Taksim square, a vibrant place with tons of restaurants and shops.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
