Very happy with everything at the Pera hotel. All the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating to any needs, help or advice. They went out of their way to help us out. The 6th floor rooftop restaurant has a beautiful view of Istanbul. The food is good with a good variety of options, a little pricier compared to some of the inner areas of Istanbul but it’s a hotel so expected to be a bit more. It all depends where you go in Istanbul, some places you can get a margherita pizza for 169 Lira, some places in other areas charge 285 Lira, so it all depends on where you are. (And it really has nothing to do with tourism, I've found those pizza price ranges on Iskital avenue, and that 169 Lira margherita was a quality stone cooked napoli thin style. On the same strip you can get a beer for 180 Lira, then turn into some side routes on the same strip and get it for 85 lira.. then you can go to a variety store on the same side street and buy one for 45 lira.) I’ve seen someone complain about the food quality, these people must be comedians or master chefs because it’s fresh and good tasting for this sized hotel/kitchen. The free breakfast has awesome variety from eggs, meats, waffle, fruits, breads, cereals, coffee tea etc, which is fresh everyday... most hotels give a basic bland continental breakfast that is really lacking in options, or other hotels make you pay for breakfast. Someone complained about the birds sitting on the ledge of the rooftop, lol, if they took time to understand how the Turkish people value and love the birds of their city maybe they’d have some more respect to the perspective of Turkish culture, they don’t see animals as an annoyance, rather a compliment to their environment.. especially the cats roaming the city. I think its a nice little touch seeing the seagulls on the ledge hoping you give them food. The location is near many famous areas and tourist attractions. So it’s a good walking distance 10-15 mins to some nice areas and close to the metro/bus that can take you further. Would definitely stay here again if I have to, but Istanbul is so huge that you’ll likely only have the time to explore the closest areas to you first. 👍👍👍🔥

The owner is an extremely bad man. When he realized that I was a foreigner, he charged me triple (400) TL for this simple food, for this prices you can eat much better anywhere. Additionally, the food quality was not a very high standard. Highly not recommended for foreigners.

I stayed here for three nights, because I was having a hair transplant. The room service was pretty good. The staff was polite and kind. You could exchange your money at the reception. The view from the restaurant at the sixth floor was breathtaking. The staff notified me every time the driver came to pick me up at the lobby.

Room was very clean, staff was very polite and helpful. We ordered room service a few times and the food was delivered quick and was really good. Breakfast in the morning was ok. I wish they had more variety. We stayed for 3 days and served the exact same thing everyday

This is a 2 star hotel, by no means it is a 4 or 5 stars as someone has posted. My room was super dark with the ceiling so low that i could bump my head. Breakfast was very poor, some bakery (nothing that look appetizing), eggs and fruits. Coffee from a machine. Do not recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
