        Had a lovely stay at this hotel . I stayed in the double bed kitchenette room and the room was fantastic with so much space. The bed and sofa was comfortable and shower was good. I absolutely love the pool which is on the top floor. Staff are all friendly , I would definitely stay again when in next in Pattaya.

        Worst hotel, please don't book, reception lady rude, even not ready to provide extra bed after being ready to pay for it. We asked for extra towel, they refused. And on the day of checkout, just at 11.30 AM they forcely asked as to leave the room. This is my worst experience in hotel till date.

        I recently stayed at Nova Suites Hotel in Pattaya, and I was extremely impressed with the pricing and location. The hotel offered great value for the money, and it's conveniently situated in a prime location in Pattaya. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend Nova Suites to anyone visiting Pattaya and looking for a budget-friendly, well-located hotel.
