I cannot even mark one star. I needed the hotel to rest for only one day between flights and the attention was so poor and disrespectful that I would prefer having stayed at the airport for 20 hours waiting on a chair where at least nobody would have treated me so bad or gave me invalid US dollars. I strongly recommend the supervisors to check on their employees because they are doing their best to destroy hotel reputation.

Very unpolite and rude staff. They were really disrespectful and they have a lot to learn about customer service, they even able to ruin your stay and ruin your holidays with their behavior. I Will never come back.

The hotel is simple, very simple rooms but comfortable. Well located. They should consider start the breakfast earlier as the your's leave very early.

The location is decent! The rooms are fine except for the nonfunctioning ac, the stupid spray faucet in the bathroom, loud music played by the cleaning staff all morning and afternoon and construction at different random times of the day. The breakfast is horrible and the service is bad. I dont recommend staying at this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
