Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast, dinner and drinks were delicious and they even provided a bed for our furry baby. Convenient parking garage managed by Q parks. adjacent to the hotel which was a plus when we booked. However, just be careful as our car along with other 5 were broken in, property stolen which not only is going to cost us a lot of money but ruined our plans for that day. Parking garage only has cameras on the first level so I highly recommend to reserve a parking or just find parking on the first level.

The hotel is in a central location although the surrounding area is a pretty shady one. The room is big and clean. We were staying with our dog and were pleasantly surprised to find a dog bed and bowl prepared. The staff were also polite and helpful. Unfortunately the security situation of the car park can use a lot of improvement. During our stay, we saw on two different occasions broken car windows and also shady looking people hanging around in the car park. Overall we were quite satisfied with our experience.

Perfect location near the Aachen Church and Rathaus. The rooms were spacious with good amenities. The staffs were very nice, warm and welcoming. They have a cool bar with kitchen. We loved our stay at this hotel and will definitely come back again.

Room was spacious and clean. A bit higher water pressure in the shower would have been nice, but it was not problematic. It was quite warm in the hotel, so I had to use the air-conditioning for a while. The staff was always helpful and friendly, and breakfast was good. They have all kinds of eggs, including baked ones, they have very nice bircher muesli (a Swiss oatmeal with apple and milk) and other yoghurt-like products, various cereals, fruit, different kinds of bread, cheeses, etc. There is a parking garage around the corner that you can reach from inside the hotel.

Update to my previous review. The team at the hotel had seen my review and sought to make amends on my next visit, and it certainly changed in a positive way. The front desk team, as always, are incredibly helpful and professional, they’re charming. My room on this occasion was perfect, I cannot fault it, and I really do appreciate the effort made - that’s really super customer service and needs to be recognised - thank you!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
