The service was truly top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. From the warm welcome to the attentive service, they made me feel truly valued as a guest. The breakfast spread was not only delicious but also catered to a variety of preferences. MS Hilda & Mr. George were proactive in assisting with special dietary requests and were always ready to provide recommendations. Staffs genuine hospitality and dedication to customer satisfaction left a lasting impression, making my stay at Accor Novotel Al Bustan truly memorable. I highly commend the staff for their professionalism and friendliness, making them a standout team in the hospitality industry. The hotel location and accessibility are very good and very keen with deepening the brand with customers.

what a good hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic, couldn't ask for a better one! By the way, I think it would be really great if they could take a look at their service and prices and make some adjustments. It would definitely make the experience even more enjoyable for everyone!

If you've ever been staying in any Novotel In Europe, you will be highly disappointed from this hotel. The rooms are dirty everywhere (I checked few rooms, as I complained about the cleanness and they were all dirty), the bathroom makes you disgusted from a big and deep dirt, the room wasn't ready at all and there were missing sheets for the bed and the mattress had lots of bumps! You can easily see it was a good hotel once, but the maintenance and the management of the hotel are very poor and they destroyed the good image I had of Novotel in Europe. The only good thing I can share about the hotel is the really good breakfast they offer!

Breakfast was good Thanks to bilal .He was so helpful and gave us excellent service. The breakfast had so many choices. The omelette were great. They made me an egg white omelette with vegetables each morning. The service in the hotel pool, spa, front door, housekeeping, and dining was really excellent. We have enjoyed our stay here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
