The staff made the hotel experience exceptional. I was there for 2 weeks in march together with my sister, and not one time there were staff members who didn't go above and beyond. The residence deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. The location right at the Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station was fantastic. A lot of restaurants are nearby as well. Everything that you can wish for! Thanks a lot for the effort.

First time visiting Seoul and we were on a business trip, stayed here as it was close to the convention center. We were very pleased with our stay! We are American and found the rooms very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Service was very accommodating, food at the restaurant was good and maids were great. Very comfy beds, great sheets, really nice shower. Lots of great food, coffee, and shopping within short walk.

Had a wonderful stay in a Deluxe Residence room. Check in and out was a breeze and rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast can be crowded, but it was well organised and you only had to wait for maximum 10 minutes to get a table. Would definitely recommend. Location wise, it is near the Metro and is walkable. There is also an airport limo stop just outside the hotel, making it very convenient.

I’m giving a one star as a tourist who was denied entry to the prayer room simply because I’m not staying at the hotel. It doesn’t make sense to have a prayer room that can be accessed only by those staying because those staying at the hotel can pray in their own rooms 🧐 For MUSLIMS: if you’re looking for a PUBLIC prayer room this IS NOT public. ONLY if you’re staying at the hotel you get access to it which makes no sense.

I'd definitely stay here again if back in Seoul. We were lucky enough to be booked into the Executive Suites which gave us access to the executive lounge. Great breakfast and dinner available from here. The pool was a nice addition (although lots of posing young couples in the rooftop pool ☺️)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
