        Positives: very high quality and delicious breakfast and club lounge Happy Hour (very nice seafood and croissants). Very helpful and friendly concierge and reception staff. Well appointed room with technology and modern charging points. Nice location of hotel. Negatives: we stayed two weeks (a long time) but front Maitre’d staff we see at breakfast every day treat us like a new guest every time, no friendly recognition (or even a smile) like in other hotels, they acted more like casual canteen staff. Also breakfast shuts too early for a brand hotel (10am). Guests allowed to sit in lovely lounge area near waterfall (which dominates the lobby area) as this is a paid coffee/cake area. Hotel is very energy wasteful as lights in room are left on whole day after maid cleans (can be 8+ hours with lights on), and they change sheets every day even when you tell them not to. The default sheets ‘card’ should say the opposite instruction, to place it on the bed only if you want sheets changed (requiring opt in not opt out should be default to avoid wastage, as is well known in consumer behaviour research and followed by many leading hotels). It shouldn’t be the default to change sheets every day as most guests naturally don’t think about the wastage and don’t realise this is an option, or often forget to put card on the bed to save sheet washing. Enjoyed this hotel very much, despite some flaws we will stay again, but hopefully they take the feedback to try better and help save the planet!

        Spent one night here with my friend in my 8 days South Korean trip. Really really worth the money, comfortable bed and room, smells nice, and in the best location. Many interesting places can be visited within short walking distance.

        One of the best hotels The area is amazing and full of shops and restaurants. The staff speak English well and very friendly. Will definitely come back if I visit Seoul. Did not try their breakfast but the restaurant is great.

        My friend and I stayed here for 10 days, after a four day extension when we fell ill and had to self-isolate for some time. The staff were wonderfully accommodating, and the front desk and concierge desk (staffed by bilingual team members) were able to help my friend and I (hapless foreigners) make our way to wherever we needed to go. Additionally, the rooms were amazing, spacious and clean, and the bath had a tub large and deep enough that my companion and I (both of us plus sized and unusually tall) were able to take a fully submerged bath in it. The location was sublime, with the only frustration being that it was at the top of a pretty unforgiving incline from Sinhonnyeon Station -- not that the hotel can do anything about that! The cafe across from the hotel, Twosome Place, is very good, and there's several convenience stores nearby. Tons of great restaurants and salons, as well, if you brave some steep inclines. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Seoul, especially for business. A top-class experience from start to finish!!

        Near Sinnohyeon station. So easy if u wanna visit coex mall for starfield library just 2 stop of train station. And also gwangjang market the hype traditional market for local and touris, full of nice food. Dont forget visit gangnam station for underground shopping.
