Great experience here! The staff were super friendly. We had a quick stopover in Barcelona for 2 nights to finish off a long Spanish holiday. We got upgraded and were treated super well from the front desk all the way to the rooftop bar. I will look forward to staying here whenever we are staying in Barcelona.

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. No bed was made for the children, no bedding was given. We gave our pillows and asked them to at least bring some. This yielded two unlined blankets! there was a lack of clean plates and cups at breakfast. I do not recommend!

Amazing stay for 2 nights with kids. Friendly staff, ready to help with anything. Clean and well kept reception and good rooms. Breakfast was good, though it did get busy with all the guests. Great location with metro nearby and also shopping centre opposite the hotel. Its a bit away from the busier side of Barcelona which was ideal. Only thing I would say is that drinking water should be provided in the rooms free of charge. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.

My mother & myself were in Spain in August of this year & had a lovely stay at Hotel Novotel for a portion of our trip. The staff was incredibly friendly & welcoming & the rooms were clean & neat. We loved the atmosphere around the entire hotel but especially by the rooftop! The bellman, Ivan was so polite & informative as well. We hope to be back very soon, love from South Africa😊🇿🇦

I am a frequent guest of this hotel and I can say that I have always the same impression as the location is very good and the staff are very kind, friendly and helpful and its specious and clean rooms are very convenient but the living room in the suite needs more lighting. Finally, I would like to thank you all, the management and the staff in the front office for taking care of my stay every time I stay there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
