I recently stayed at a Novotel Hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, featuring modern amenities that made my stay enjoyable. The hotel staff were outstanding, always friendly and quick to assist with any requests. I particularly enjoyed the gym and pool facilities, which were well-maintained and easily accessible. Located conveniently in the city center, the hotel was a stone's throw away from major attractions and public transportation. Overall, my experience was delightful, combining luxury with convenience – a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers

We arrived early, no problem, early check in. During the stay, my little son was not feeling well. No problem, take your breakfast to the room. And on top of that, parking was free because you were occupied. For me, these gestures are priceless and something that differentiate Novotel Tiergarten with other hotels.

We had a great stay at Novotel Berlin Am Tiergarten. The hotel is very well organized with polite and helpfull staff. The rooms are spacious and clean and breakfast has everything you need. The hotel is located 1 minute walking distance from the closest station which makes traveling across Berlin very easy. Also some very nice bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Recommend the hotel and hoping to be back.

The room is very nice, however there was a lot of noise from people running above us but the front desk was very helpful and provided us a new room on the top floor so there would be no one above us making noise! I also appreciated that I could practice my rudimentary German with the front desk while checking in. I'm sure he noticed my poor Germany but he let me practice and didn't switch to English! We also really loved the breakfast in the morning! That was an amazing meal! Thank you very much!

Right across from the metro station so it is very convenient for travelling, however if you are on vacation I would say that it would be better to stay closer to the city centre as it would be easier to explore all that the city has to offer. Fairly clean rooms, shower and shower head could have been cleaner as there was some mold in the shower and the shower head was dirty. But aside from that, the rooms are quite good. Convenient parking and helpful staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
