It's a good hotel. Unfortunately, as it was off-season period with relatively few guests, they seem to have used it to carry out interior works and staff drills, including an elevator shutdown that forced us to climb the stairs to 6th floor. Location is very good though.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Bruxelles. Breakfast was really tasty with a big variety of meals in a big space with large windows and fascinating view. There is a tiny swimming pool with hammam and gym. Rooms are clean and fully equipped - with a kettle, tea, and coffee, every day service brings a bottle of water. On the ground floor, you can use a computer. 🤗👍👍👍

My family and I had an amazing time visiting this place. The best thing about the hotel—especially during the Christmas season—is its ideal location. There are plenty of Christmas bazaars around and even in the hotel's back area. The room is lovely, the breakfast is excellent, and there is a wide selection of food to choose from.

My recent stay at the Novotel City Center in Brussels offered a mixed but overall satisfactory experience. The room, accommodating two single beds and one double, was spacious and well-maintained, aligning with the hotel's slightly luxurious ambiance. However, the pricing felt a bit steep. While the location is undeniably convenient, sitting right in the heart of the city and making most tourist attractions easily accessible, the experience with the staff was a bit of a rollercoaster. One staff member was noticeably less friendly, which was a bit off-putting, but thankfully, this was balanced out by the warmth and helpfulness shown by the rest of the team. If you're willing to pay a little extra for the prime location and a touch of luxury, it's a decent choice, but keep your expectations in check regarding the service.

The hotel is very well located, you can walk to the city center and to many of the main attractions of the city. The room was clean and with plenty of space, however, I think the decoration could be improved. The room is big enough but the furniture layout make it feel a bit empty and not very cozy. The check-in and check-out was simple, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I can recommend this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
