The location was fantastic and bar, restaurant & tour booking staff were spot on, friendly & helpful. Unfortunately the reception service was less friendly and did not match up to expectations of standards of service experienced during previous stays at Novotel Hotels. On arrival drinks tokens where issued for 2 not three of the guests (on our previous stay at a Novotel each person received one) also when an issue appeared with the room it was implied that it was my fault the towels had not been hung/bathroom made tidy, one of the beds had not been made & for two days the conditioner replacement I had to ask for as it had not been replaced was not put up in the holder. The second room we had booked also had an issue with the room not been cleaned fully (floor not swept). These are only minor complaints but ones that we should not expect at a 4 star hotel.

We only stayed 1 night with 2 adults and 2 kids. We absolutely loved our room. It had a great view of the pool and out beyond we could see the ocean in the distance. It was very clean and comfortable. Location excellent. Would stay again and recommend it.

First time in Cairns and the staff at the Novotel resort have been fantastic, really made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Food is excellent and well priced. Ideal location short walk to most places, really happy we picked this hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay here for the weekend. Rooms were clean and well maintained as compared to some dated buildings in Cairns. The buffet was amazing, the pool is big, but one thing I noticed was not a lot of pool chairs. Happy hour is solid $9 a pint of beer! Housekeeping friendly and accommodating of requests. Wifi speeds acceptable! Great pool views from the room!

We recently stayed at Novotel Cairns Oasis for my partners birthday. We love the pool here with the swim up bar, although it can be crowded at times. The room was neat & tidy. There was what looked like a coffee stain on the floor of our room that appeared to have been missed when it was being cleaned. We ordered room service which was a prompt delivery & easy to order through the app. All in all, we had a lovely stay & would recommend this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
