The hotel offers very spacious and comfortable rooms, providing a pleasant stay. However, the water pressure in the shower is notably weak, which can be a drawback for some guests. Unfortunately, the spa was closed due to COVID, and it would have been helpful to be informed about this during the booking process. On a similar note, the breakfast provided at the hotel is not impressive, and considering the quality and cost, it might be more worthwhile to explore dining options outside. Despite these minor issues, the overall comfort of the rooms makes the stay enjoyable, but improvements in communication and breakfast offerings could enhance the experience.

We arrived earlier but they gave us an appreciated early check in. The view from level 10 is amazing towards the Bay. Quite load music from the Streets reaching all the way up to our floor. I fell in the stairs on my way to the Street via the garden. Be mindful that there is no last step but some uneven stones you step on. Especially if dark. But, the straff went to the store to buy me something to fix my angle with so cannot say anything but excellent service.

The hotel is very comfortable, we took a room with king size bed and it was extremely comfortable with our 3 year daughter. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They changed our currency and helped us with our bookings for various activities. Especially I want to mention Hồng Aki, at front desk , she went out of her way to help us with our booking in Hanoi and at other places .. it was a wonderful experience... 5 stars...

This was our first time coming to Ha Long and we felt very comfortable at Novotel Ha Long Bay. The receptionist is very friendly, enthusiastic and professional. This was our honeymoon trip so we booked a deluxe Junior Suite with sea view for 1 night and we were surprised that they decorated our room so beautifully. They also sent us a small cake to commemorate this honeymoon trip. Besides, the breakfast buffet is very diverse, has many choices and is very suitable for our taste. We were very impressed with the service and staff of Novotel Ha Long Bay. We will choose Novotel Ha Long Bay when we return to Ha Long next time.

We chose this hotel since it looked great, good prices, and seemed close to the night market. However, I would not recommend. We chose this hotel for a view of the water (turns out it’s only a so so view of the bay in the distant), but it’s a double edge sword. The sun on the windows makes the room very hot. The temp was just barely manageable by turning the AC to the lowest setting and keeping it on all day. This was Dec, so I can’t imagine the summer. Also, the beach club down the street blares annoying lights that shines through the windows (though the curtains do help). That club, as well as the FOM club across the street blares really loud music every night, noise that is only partially blocked by us wearing headphones and using white noise machines we had brought along. If you can get past those things, then the hotel is ok. The hotel has an expensive breakfast buffet, and is close to the Sun World amusement park, both of which we did not partake so cannot comment.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
