Excellent review for the hotel and employee Ismail. Ismail possesses a unique spirit of hospitality and outstanding social skills. He was cooperative, understanding, and ready to meet all my needs. He embodies professionalism and high-level customer service. The hotel as a whole deserves appreciation and an excellent rating. My experience was enjoyable and satisfying in every aspect. We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Excellent price - quality ratio! The staff from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping was always smiling and eager to assist. They were very polite, professional and accommodating. The breakfast buffet offered guests a more than adequate variety and everything was delicious. The rooms were very clean and had a great view. The hotel location is excellent: quite with very easy access to any location! I will definitely stay here again when visiting Istanbul. In fact, a group of colleagues and I are considering a quick team building trip and this destination and hotel will be my suggestion!

My request for a room on a high level floor has been perfectly respected. The room was clean. The hotel appearance was nice and modern. The hotel bar was well equipped. Overall a nice stay for a business trip. Negative points... - Fitness was not open at 7am... - some lights in my room 1218 were defective.

Stayed here for 5 days on a work visit. The staff is the best! Super friendly and very accommodating. The manager and team ensured all my requests were catered whether it was room change, high floor, late check out, transport arrangements etc. Very friendly staff at the bar/restaurant too, especially Eray ensures everyone is having a great time at their stay! Thank you!

Great location, nice and clean rooms but the bathroom equipment might be a bit refreshed as for Novotel. Anyway all works and looks fine. Sometimes you need to wait a bit more for the serving in the restaurant but when the manager comes the service becomes faster. ;) A great price/quality ratio. Definitely I will mind this place to stay in future.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
